Kim Myers Robertson was born in Michigan and raised between there and Amsterdam. She taught herself the basics of photography by shooting portraits of family and friends. Later, she honed her skills studying at Parsons School of Design and The School of Visual Arts in New York City. Fifteen years later, Myers shoots for some of the world's best Magazines and Advertising Agencys. Her work takes her around the world, to destinations as varied as the Galapagos Island, Tanzania and Northumberland England- a favorite location. For Myers, satisfaction as a photographer comes from capturing moments that are, by their nature, fleeting and elusive. She also loves the creativity her profession affords her, and draws inspiration from her family. She lives in New York with her husband Tony, Daughters Drue & Ava and son Miles.
